By creating an account or using GarageSale, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old to use GarageSale. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@garage-sale.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
Sellers are responsible for accurately describing items, including condition, price, and photos. GarageSale facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction. All sales are between users directly.
Users may not list illegal items, counterfeit goods, weapons, hazardous materials, or any content that violates applicable law. GarageSale reserves the right to remove any listing and suspend accounts that violate this policy.
Listing credits are required to publish listings. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. GarageSale uses Stripe for payment processing and does not store card details.
GarageSale may charge listing fees, subscription fees, or transaction fees. Current pricing is displayed within the app. We reserve the right to change fees with reasonable notice.
By posting listings, photos, or messages, you grant GarageSale a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and promote that content within the platform. You retain ownership of your content.
Your use of GarageSale is subject to our Privacy Policy. GarageSale does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing. Data collected is used solely to operate the service.
GarageSale is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the conduct of users, or uninterrupted service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GarageSale is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GarageSale after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
